我该如何办理退款?

We will notify all original purchasers of the ticket(s) via email within 3 days of the cancellation announcement regarding refund procedures. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail or Contact Us. Please note that we will only process refunds to the original purchaser.

我将如何收到退款?

All refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original mode of payment via our ticketing vendor, SISTIC. For payments made by Credit Card, the refunds will automatically be credited to the same card used in the purchase.

Patrons who have purchased the tickets with Cash or NETS can obtain a refund via cheque or PayNow (applicable to Singapore residents only) and Telegraphic Transfer (for non-Singapore residents). A Refund Request Form will be emailed to the original purchaser to facilitate the refund process.

Refunds to ticketholders will be processed within 30 business days after the official announcement is made.

Ticketholders who have purchased via SGP’s Authorised Ticketing Partners should contact them for refunds.

退款包括什么?

You will be refunded the cost of the ticket, as well as all handling charges. These include handling fees for ticket collection at SingPost outlets and the Circuit Park Collection Centre, as well as local and international courier services.

All refunds are issued in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

If your purchase was made with a credit card issued outside of Singapore, the amount credited will use the currency exchange rate at the time of the refund. Your bank may also impose currency conversion fees.

As per Clause 2.3.4 of our Conditions of Sale and Entry, Singapore GP is unable to provide any other compensation. We encourage you to check with your travel insurance provider regarding this.

We ask for your understanding as we require time to make the arrangements with our partners.

SISTIC’s outlets are not equipped to perform refunds. We are also actively working to minimise contact and practice safe distancing, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Refunds are given solely to the original buyer. Your friend will have to obtain the refund from us. Singapore GP will contact all original purchasers via email — if your friend did not receive the email, please inform them to check their junk mail or Contact Us.
